LizBob is a family name, since Liz's grandfather "Bob" Roberts used that alias based on his last name for most of his life. Thus a friend noted, "That makes you 'LizBob'".

It's a moniker I proudly hold as a weaver of tales and a facilitator of fantastical merriment.

To me, Dungeons & Dragons is part of a much older human tradition: gathering together and telling stories. Once, we told them around a fire. Now, we gather around a gaming table, with dice, character sheets, miniatures, and a shared willingness to find out what happens next.

That collaborative part is what I love most about being a Dungeon Master. I may set the scene, but the story belongs to everyone at the table.

If we haven’t met yet, I look forward to the day you let me guide you on an adventure. If we’ve already journeyed together, I look forward to our next excursion.

I currently run Dungeons & Dragons using both the 2014 and 2024 rules. You can find me behind the screen at QuestYinz Games public events, or book me for a private one-shot or ongoing campaign.

I also run Defiance, an ongoing D&D campaign at Halfling’s Hideout where adventurers come and go, expeditions push beyond the safety of the frontier, and the players themselves help shape the unfolding world. If you'd like to join, you can learn more here.
